We take all titles available on each platform, count how many are "Must Watch" (weighted 3x) and "Worth Watching" (weighted 1x), then divide by the monthly subscription price. This gives you a quality-per-rupee score. Grades: A+ (exceptional) → A (great) → B+ (good) → B (decent) → C (average) → D (poor value).
